IN THE SPOTLIGHT AROUND THE WORLD - JOHN OLUWAFEMI (IAMBEZALEEL) OLLA

John Oluwafemi OLLA is a fellow of Young Africa Leaders Initiative (YALI), a proven team
player, problem solver with a challenging leadership edge and ‘I-Can-Do-It’ Mindset. He is also a mentor with African Change Maker.
His goal is to bridge the educational and digital gap between urban and rural children in Africa with special focus on girl child, having grown up from a low-income community in Oyo state.
He has gained years of cognate experience in the field of Digital Education, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Information Architecture, Public Speaking, Learning & Development. He is presently developing himself in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer with Endonamoo Transformation Global Initiative (ETGIN); an NGO based in Nigeria.
He also runs Tech Tutors and Authors, Real Leaders Initiative, Dream Builders and TechChamp for NGO called ETGIN in low-income communities. He is the brain behind Spotlight Planet; an online platform for projecting Young Leaders around the world by publishing their stories of success in order to serve as motivation for the younger ones.
Due to his passion for education through the aforementioned programs, he has recorded a verifiable 20,000 teenagers' reach and has impacted over 2000 in the process. He is also the founder and convener of Real Leaders' Conference, a conference for Entrepreneurial Leaders. The maiden edition also recorded about 80 participants with over 15 successful entrepreneurs as speakers and Spotlights.
He has attended several high level workshops, seminars, conference such as Coastal Cities at Risk (CCaR) Workshop – Lagos, Media Workshop for Media Professionals and Information Practitioners, workshop on Social Protection Policy formulation Organized by Oyo State Planning Commission in Collaboration with UNICEF, technical working group on social protection policy formulation for Oyo State Planning Commission in collaboration with UNICEF office Lagos, Technical Working Group on Social Protection Policy, Working Committee of the Development of Costed Strategic Work Plan for Nutrition in Oyo State etc

Educational Background
He has a Bachelor of Education in Economics and Political Science, Masters of Information Science from University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria. He also holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Project Management and Entrepreneurship from University of Ibadan, Ibadan and he is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE).

He has published academic article in respected and international journals. He is also a blogger, Web developer and daily motivator through his Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter platform with hashtag #IamBezaleel. He is a lover of information and always eager to learn new things.
He is a professional when it comes to the use of Social Media to publicize projects, attract donors and sponsors as well as leveraging social media to educate the young ones. His hashtag (#IamBezaleel) is a prove of his popularity on social media space.

He is a humanitarian; helping people, particularly young educationally challenged children, gives him fulfillment. He enjoys impacting lives and consciously building the world he never enjoyed while growing up.
