Michael Mmadubueze is a youth leader, motivational speaker, an entrepreneur, mentor and youth animator.
Last born of a family of eight children, from Uruaku Village, Mgbakwu, Awka North Local Government Area, Anambra State, Nigeria.
He has more than Five years (5) of experience and has contributed to youth development work at local, national and international levels.
He hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Tansian University, Umunya, Anambra State, Nigeria.
He is a driver of developmental projects in Africa since 2013, as West African Sub-Regional Program Coordinator of the International Movement of Catholic Students- IMCS Pax Romana and National President of the Nigeria Federation of Catholic Students- NFCS/IMCS Pax Romana Nigeria. He is very passionate about global youth development.
Michael is the Founder of the African Youth Animation Network (AYAN) whose aim is to “breed crops of African youths that can be societal oriented in self sacrificial building of African Economy and Unity”.
He is the former National President of the Nigeria Federation of Catholic Students (NFCS) which gathers over 250 higher Institutions of Learning in Nigeria, through his position he advocates for youth issues at the grass root level in Nigeria.
He has successfully organized a workshop on “Catholic Youth & Students in Partnership with the Government in Promotion of Sustainable Agricultural Strategies; Panacea for Financial Independency and Employment Opportunities in the Post-2015 agenda process”
He has also represented NFCS in the Round-table Dialogue on rekindling the spirit of volunteerism in Nigeria, jointly organized by the US Ambassador to Nigeria, Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria and Kukah Centre held at National University Commission Auditorium, Abuja, Nigeria.
In his capacity as the National President, Michael has been coordinating Youth-Based Empowerment programs in 36 States across Nigeria, including FCT-Abuja.

He has represented NFCS/IMCS Pax Romana Nigeria in different National and International forums such as: Papal Audience with His Holiness Pope Francis, at the Vatican City Rome, Italy, the Capacity Building Workshop on Increasing Women and Youth’s Participation in Conflict Prevention & Peace building ahead of 2015 General Elections in Nigeria and the Lux Tera Leadership Workshop for Leaders of the Various Youth Groups in Nigeria
In capacity as speaker in the following international forum:
· International Youth NGO Summit in Chennai, India, his topic was: “It Takes a Young Person to Change a Fellow Young Person: African Experience”.
He loves writing articles and press release that denounces youth issues across Africa and the world.
His quote: “That which is noble, that which is good, that which is opportune, must be done whether appreciated by people or not”
· in the future, He hopes to continue his desire of advocating for a just society, where everyone will be regarded, and treated fairly. This can be achieved via the forthcoming first ever World Youth Leadership Conclave (WYLC): Empowering Youths through Sustainable Lifestyle in Africa, to be organized by his brain child Non- Profit Making Organization, the African Youth Animation Network-AYAN.
