Lovelyn
is a believer of professionalism in discharging one’s duties, a result
oriented, team player and she loves networking. She is currently interning with
Health News Nigeria, an online media platform that promotes quality health.
Her greatest
challenge is having to strive in this African environment where women are not giving
the favourable platform to strive.
In
the next five years, she sees herself conquering her fears and limitations, sees
someone who have made tremendous impact in the society through health sector, someone
who will take everyone by surprise by mounting leadership positions in Nigeria
and a mother who will raise children of integrity
When
she is under pressure she maintains utmost calmness and still hold on to
professionalism because that’s what she believed in.
Lovelyn
is someone who believes in updating her knowledge especially in her profession,
so she engages herself in taking so many onsite and online professional course
to improve and update her knowledge in order to keep up with latest trend.
The greatest
change she want to see in the society is change of mindset and the way people
perceive things. She will also want to see a country that will believe in their
health professional, health facilities as well as seeing country where
healthcare system will be made available to all and sundry, irrespective of
status, location and financial strength.
She
will like to see a country where our research and development is at its peak
and we will be able to produce our own active pharmaceutical ingredient, a
situation where medical negligence, malpractice are taken very serious and
address, a situation where there is no porosity in the management, control and
distribution of drugs thereby blocking out preeminence of fake drugs.
Her
mentors are Engr Nzeh Clem's and Rev Livinus Obi
